How to Support the Friends of the Freeport Public Library
If you would like to make a donation to the Friend of the Freeport Public Library, you can do so in 2 ways.
- Visit the library and give the staff your check. Please make sure it is made out to The Friends of the Freeport Public Library. If it is made out to the library directly, it will be placed in the general library fund for all Walton County Libraries.
- You can use your PayPal account or credit card and make a donation below by clicking on the Donate button. (THIS SITE is under construction but back online soon).

The Friends of the Freeport Public Library provide financial support and volunteer assistance for programs and services that make the library a valuable resource for its patrons.
Walton County and the City of Freeport provides our residents a wonderful library, and we support their effort to serve the entire community with a wide range of resources for all ages.
Mission Statement
Friends of the Freeport Library (FFPL). FFPL is a Group of citizen volunteers whose purpose is to raise awareness of the needs and offerings of our city’s Public Library. As the city of Freeport doubles in population, the Library requires additional square footage to meet the demands of residents and to do so, FFPL and the city of Freeport, continue to brainstorm on how to meet these objectives.
